We offer standard white-glove delivery on all large furniture items. In-stock pieces typically arrive within 7-14 business days, while custom orders may take 6-10 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Do you offer assembly services for your furniture?
Yes, our white-glove delivery service includes professional assembly and placement of your furniture in your room of choice, as well as the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made or upholstered items are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
Does Heatons Furniture offer a warranty on products?
All our furniture comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains and damage at checkout.
Can I request fabric swatches before making a purchase?
Absolutely. We offer up to five complimentary fabric or leather swatches to help you visualize how our materials will look in your home's lighting.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email. For large furniture shipments, our logistics partner will call you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
